Pomegranate Salad

| Ingredients
|
2 navel oranges
1 8 oz bag of baby spinach
1 red onion
1/2 cup Italian vinaigrette
1 pomegranate, seeded

| Preparation
|
| Zest 1 orange. Peel and slice oranges. Place spinach, oranges, and onions on platter.
In bowl, combine 1 tablespoon zest and vinaigrette.
Drizzle over salad. Top with pomegrante seeds. |
